No, we don't have an integrated oven. We consciously decided to separate stovetop cooking from oven tasks, alleviating congestion in a busy kitchen. But more importantly an oven under your range is not ergonomic and defeats the primary purpose in cooking, which is "looking at what you are cooking".

The C3 or C2 needs to be positioned against a wall. Our design team can support you how to integrate into your kitchen space for a better work flow and an increased cooking experience. New products including a lifestyle counter will be available in 2021 that will provide more options to design.

A certified electrician and plumber is necessary to connect the C3 or C2. However, the C3 and C2 arrive completely assembled and needs only to be connected to the electric line, water inlet and outlet and possibly gas line. Marrone + Mesubim provides a detailed mechanical and electrical drawings and detailed descriptions how to install the C3 and C2. Marrone + Mesubim offers also installation support for an extra charge.

Marrone + Mesubim can organize transportation for an extra charge. Prices can vary from €350 to London (inc Insurance) and €750 to Melbourne (inc Insurance). The C3 and C2 arrive in a wooden crate, protected with a soft casing. Unpacking can be handled with the integrated rolling system for easy positioning.

The C3 is 3000 mm or 118.11 inches wide, 942 mm or 37.09 inches deep, and 1345 mm or 52.95 inches high. The countertop is 900 mm or 34.42 inches high.
The C2 is 2200mm wide by 1195mm high and 750mm in depth.

Sous-vide, also known as low temperature cooking, is a cooking method in which food is placed in a plastic bag and cooked in a bath at an accurately regular temperature. The temperature is much lower than usually used for cooking, typically around 55 to 60 °C (131 to 140 °F) for meat, higher for vegetables. The intent is to cook the item evenly, ensuring that the inside is properly cooked without overcooking the outside, and to retain moisture. C3 comes with an integrated water bath and immersion circulator, as well as a vacuum sealer to sealer to seal your food for sous vide cooking.

The C3 is available with 2 zones of induction + 2 zones of gas burners, or 4 zones of induction or 4 zones of gas burners. The founder's editions come with matte black and matte white glass fronts or White stone, black stone in a frameless casing. For customized finishes please ask our team when enquiring. We have worked with marble, wood, brass and carbon fibre to give you some examples. You may also customise the small parts, control panel, knobs and our special operations can work with you on a project to match your desired look and feel.
The C2 comes with semi professional induction only at the moment or professional induction with up to 3kw per hob.

The C3 counter surface made of stainless steel, seamless and easy to clean. Please use a microfiber cloth and stainless steel cleaner to remove food stains. Apply a polish to protect the surface from further food stains. The fronts are made of glass and can be cleaned with a cloth and glass cleaner, same applies for the induction glass. For stone fronts, please use a normal cloth.

The current warranty for the C3 and C2 is 1 year. This is a professional warranty and can be adjusted to 2 years when applied for domestic use.
